Dental Appointment – Online Consultation
Please carefully read the treatment details and the price list before sending a message or booking an appointment.
After reading the information, you can coordinate for an appointment or an online consultation through one of the two methods below.
Since our center responds to messages in the order they are received, please avoid calling via WhatsApp — only send a text message.
Your message will be answered within 24 hours.
If you are requesting an in-person visit at our center, please clearly specify the purpose of your visit and either write it in your message or send it via a voice note.
If you are requesting an online consultation, along with your initial message, please send:
• All dental X-rays from the past three years
• Photos of your teeth taken with your mobile phone using the flash light
Sample photos and detailed instructions are provided at the bottom of this page.
After sending your X-rays and photos, please describe your current dental issues and the treatments you are seeking, either in a text message or in a voice note.

Guidelines for taking dental photos for online consultation:
We recommend asking someone else to assist you when taking these photos.
1. Upper Occlusal Photo (Top Teeth View):
o Keep your mouth wide open.
o Hold the mobile phone perpendicular to the surface of the upper teeth.
o Capture the entire upper arch (from the last molar on the right to the last molar on the left).
o Make sure the phone’s flash is on.
2. Lower Occlusal Photo (Bottom Teeth View):
o Tilt your head slightly backward and keep your tongue pulled back.
o Hold the mobile phone directly above the lower teeth (at a vertical angle).
o Capture the full lower arch in the photo.
3. Frontal Smile Photo:
o Give a natural, relaxed smile (not overly stretched).
o Face the mobile camera directly, under good lighting conditions.
o Ensure all front teeth are clearly visible while smiling.
